Web Design FAQ
Can you help me fix my existing website?
Yes! We would be glad to help you fix your site. We use the latest in design software and programming languages, so we will be able to give your site the help and attention it deserves.
Why does my business need a website?
There are many positives to having your own website. Think of it as a business card that provides information and promotes sales for your business 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
What other medium allows you to expose all the benefits of your small business to your target market at their convenience and provide a source of direct correspondence from them to you? The benefits of a website are innumerable.
I'm just starting a new business, can you develop a website for me?
Of course! We will work with you to develop an attractive site within your budget. We will also plan on additional areas/sections for you to consider or add as your business grows.
What do you need from me?
We may need logos, photos, brochures, flyers, newsletters or other artwork that identify your business. If possible, we would prefer you to outline what the text of the pages should say -- you know your business better than we do. We work with you to add ideas and strategies to create an optimal website. Our goal is to do the best possible job for you -- your satisfaction is important to our success.
How many pages do I need?
This all depends on how much content you have. Every business website should have an 'About Us' page (or something similarly titled) to tell your visitors about your business. After that, it depends on what type of business you have. A good rule of thumb is to not overwhelm your audience with too much information on each page. Disperse the information and break it up into digestible pages and paragraphs. Long pages of text tend to overwhelm the reader. Break content up to truly get your audience's attention.
How long will it take to have my website created?
What usually takes the longest is gathering the necessary information. Once we have the material we need it goes quickly. Most sites are up within two to four weeks.
